Though I'm a little angel,
I'm brighter than the sun.
I dwell within your darkness;
That's where my work is done.

I know you've never seen me;
You don't know where to look.
Yet here I am forever,
Within your deepest nook.

Before I was your angel,
But when you were created,
God sent me here with love.

You are my special project.
God wants me not to fail
To penetrate your darkness
And make His light prevail.

I wish you knew me better.
I know your every thought.
I love you like no other.
It hurts if love's for naught,

So let us walk together
The life you're given here,
