I can’t avoid choosing. This is part of my human nature. I will never be satisfied acting like an automaton, blindly following my instincts. I find myself always considering possible courses of actions, and pondering the consequences before choosing what I will do.
I always choose. I cannot escape this decision to choose. I think this reflects the way God created me. I have free will, but I am expected to obey God. Ultimately, my choice boils down to a consideration of whether what I choose reflects union with God’s choice for me or rejection of what God would want me to choose.
